    瀾湄合作機制下工程教育國際化改革與實踐研究——以云南民族大學電氣信息工程學院為例

    摘要(Abstract):

    通過瀾湄合作機制的背景介紹,引出工程教育國際化的改革意義,根據專業應用轉型的現實需求、教育體系的創新需求、云南地方特色服務于國家戰略的需求提出工程教育國際化改革的措施,探索工程教育國際化改革新理念,創建新模式,構建了"專業+語言"、"教+賽+訓"、虛實結合的服務于"一帶一路"倡議的人才培養體系.實踐結果顯示通過系統化的工程教育改革達到了的階段性成果,工程教育國際化的改革模式為相關行業提供了一定的人才儲備并為新工科的推進與發展提供一定參考.
    This paper gives a brief account of the background of the Lancang-Mekong River cooperation mechanism, and discusses the significance of the reform on the internationalization of engineering education. According to the actual needs of application transformation, the innovation of the education system, the demand of Yunnan's services for the national strategy, it puts forward the new measures, ideas and models for the internationalization of engineering education by establishing a training model of "program+language" and "teaching+competition+training" in the process of implementing the "One Belt, One Road Initiative". The experimental results show that the systematic reform of engineering education has obtained some achievements, which can shed some light on the training of qualified talents and promote the development of the emerging engineering education.
